Privacy Policy

Zero-knowledge: your secrets

Secrets you store in Koove are encrypted end-to-end on your device before upload. Our servers only store ciphertext and sealed keys: Koove cannot read or decrypt your secrets. We have no access to their plaintext values.

Data we process

Account data (email, name, optional company), authentication data (password hash or OAuth identifiers), usage metadata (applications, secret keys without their value, registered devices) and access logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) used for audit and anomaly detection.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your card details; Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for session and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your account data, and close your account at any time. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected].

Terms of Service

Use of the service

Koove is a zero-knowledge secrets manager for developers. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to attempt to compromise its security, other users, or the infrastructure.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, with no lock-in. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billed period.

Liability and recovery

By zero-knowledge design, we cannot recover your secrets if you lose your devices and your recovery code. You are responsible for safeguarding the recovery code. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond what applicable law requires.

Changes

We may update these terms and the privacy policy. We will post changes on this page with the update date.
